Shipping
Where do you ship?
Within the United States only, for now. Free shipping on orders over $45.
How long does it take?
Because candles are poured to order, allow a few days for the batch to pour and cure before it ships. You’ll get a tracking email when it’s on the way.
Returns
Can I return a candle?
Unused, unburned candles can be returned within 14 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged, email us a photo and we’ll make it right.
My candle arrived broken — what now?
Send a photo to the email below within a week of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you.
Candle care
How do I get an even burn?
On the first burn, let the wax pool all the way to the edges (about 2 hours). After that, trim the Premier-series wick to ~5 mm before each light.
How long will it burn?
Roughly 50–55 hours for the 8.5 oz, and proportionally less for the 2.5 oz. Burn no more than 4 hours at a time, and never leave a candle unattended.
What’s in the wax?
Our signature soy blend — a soy base, enhanced with coconut wax and a measured amount of performance additives for a clean, even burn and a true scent throw. Full breakdown on our about page.

Do I need an account to order?
No — but an account keeps your details handy for next time. Use the account icon in the header.
A scent I wanted is sold out.
Everything is small-batch, so scents rotate. Check back soon, or reach out and we’ll let you know when it’s back.
